ACM SIGCHI is the premier international society for professionals, academics and students who are interested in human-technology and human-computer interaction (HCI). This symposium invites leaders from multiple countries in Asia and ACM SIGCHI, and brings together people from a variety of disciplines and a diversity of cultures to explore new ways to practice, develop and improve methods and technologies in HCI, to discuss ideas that can lead to innovations and to inspire us all. It would serve for the development of connections between ACM SIGCHI activities and regional/local societies/chapters through promoting collaboration among Asian HCI researchers and practitioners.
